Application
Submit your application form.

Verification
After submitting your application, you will receive an email with the link to submit your application fee.
Our team will verify your application and reach out with any questions.

Acceptance
Once your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter to your email. Please review and complete your acceptance package to ensure all details are correct.

Travel Documents
Obtain valid documentation for travel to Canada. Once you have received your Letter of Acceptance, visit Immigration & Citizenship Canada for the latest travel requirements.

Payment
Once you receive your Letter of Acceptance, you can make your payment through the payment portal.
Eligibility
General requirements
To apply for the Okanagan Summer Program, you must:
- Be an undergraduate student at a post-secondary institution outside of Canada.
- Be at least 18 years of age on the first day of the program.
- Submit an applicable UBC language proficiency test score or pass a spoken interview test via Zoom.
