APRU Asia Pacific Women in Leadership Mentoring Program

May 23, 2024

Apply by June 5 to be an Asia Pacific Woman in Leadership mentor or mentee

Join like-minded professionals striving to drive gender balance in higher education leadership through the Asia Pacific Women in Leadership Mentoring Program (APWiL) Mentoring Program.

Recognizing the complex social and economic barriers to women’s advancement in leadership and gaps in institutional support and guidance, the APWiL Mentoring Program, now in its fifth year, provides international and intercultural opportunities for the empowerment, professional growth and development of aspiring women leaders within the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU).

This exciting opportunity pairs senior leaders of any gender (mentors) and emerging women leaders (mentees) from participating institutions for a year-long mentorship program: September 2024 to October 2025. Through one-on-one sessions—as well as virtual seminars and workshops featuring diverse leaders—participants explore tools and methods for overcoming barriers to women’s leadership.

The deadline to apply is June 5 at 4 pm.
